SA Chamber USA is wishing everyone a Happy Nelson Mandela Day.
This is an annual international day in honor of Nelson Mandela, celebrated each year on 18 July, Mandela’s birthday. The day was officially declared by the United Nations in November 2009.
On Mandela day South Africans and people all over the world are encouraged to spend 67 minutes of their time in service to others, especially those in need. These 67 minutes are in appreciation of the 67 years that Nelson Mandela spent fighting for justice and equality.
The SA Chamber USA would like to invite everyone to join us on “Mandela Day” Monday 18 July for 67 minutes to do some deed of good to celebrate the sacrifices made by Nelson Mandela for the People of South Africa.
