Labor Inbound LLC, based in Devils Lake, North Dakota, is currently working with a group of family farmers across the state who are urgently seeking skilled Agricultural Equipment Operators for the upcoming season. We are particularly interested in connecting with South African asylum seekers already in the United States who have experience with farming machinery and are seeking stable employment with reputable farm operations.

Position Details:
Title: Agricultural Equipment Operator
Location: Various farms across North Dakota

Duties: Operating and maintaining large-scale farm equipment (combines, tractors, grain carts, sprayers, etc.), field preparation, harvesting support, and basic mechanical maintenance
