SACCUSA is proud to share that Advisory Board member Heinrich April led our members in joining the second phase of the Atlanta Phambili delegation in Cape Town, strengthening business ties between Atlanta and South Africa.
One of the highlights was a visit to Veldskoen Shoes, a remarkable SACCUSA member showcasing the success of South African businesses in the U.S. Their plans to establish a new U.S. headquarters in Atlanta demonstrate the incredible potential for South African companies to grow internationally.

The delegation also participated in an insightful business briefing hosted by Wesgro, where we explored opportunities to deepen economic collaboration. Having met with Wesgro previously, SACCUSA reaffirmed its openness to supporting Cape-based manufacturers and producers in exporting Western Cape products to U.S. markets. From wine and agricultural goods to innovative products, we are committed to helping South African businesses thrive in the USA.
