SA CHAMBER USA ESTABLISHES BOARD

The SOUTH AFRICAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IN THE USA (SA Chamber USA) established their Board of Directors. The founding members elected this board on 20 October 2020 to represent members in line with the Founding Declaration and Constitution of SA Chamber USA.

The Board will serve membership as the first Board of Directors. The Board of Directors was tasked with the responsibility to attend to the legal registration of SA Chamber USA as a not for profit corporation.

The Board elected a President, 2 vice Presidents, a treasurer and a Secretary. The Board will appointment members of the Advisory Board and then establish sub-committees.

Members of the Sub-committees will be selected from both the Board and the Advisory board. The Board adopted the Charted and Articles for the SA Chamber USA with the focus on establishing chapters of SA Chamber USA in every state in the USA.
